Order Process
Once you have selected your products & delivery method at our ‘checkout', you will be transferred to the Globecharge order details page to enter your address & contact details & chose you method of payment, you will then be taken to either the Protx Secure Payments website to enter your payment card details or to the Paypal Website where you can choose to pay with your Paypal Account or with a credit card if you do not have an account with Paypal. Authorisation of your transaction is decided in seconds while you are online.
You will automatically recieve 2 emails from us, the 1st being an order acknowledgment with details of the products you have selected and the 2nd email will be notification of your successful card payment. If you do not received both emails please contact us asap.
The Protx Secure Payments system incorporates the MasterCard "MasterCard SecureCode" and Visa "Verified by Visa" security systems. These security systems are the next generation in combating credit card fraud. When you enter your card details, a pop-up box will appear from your bank asking you for your password.
If you do not enter the correct password, no authorisation will be given for your purchase, making credit card fraud virtually impossible.
If you have not already signed up for this feature but would like to, you will have the option to sign up as you are entering your details or click HERE for Visa credit card holders or HERE for MasterCard credit card holders.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the product that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
After 14 days goods may only be returned if faulty. Any damaged goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
It is important that you thoroughly inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery, taking extra care to check for cosmetic damage and contact us as soon as possible should you find any fault. We will endeavour to replace or repair any damaged goods as quickly as possible.
Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please send to: Isell Ltd, 1 Empire Way, Tregoniggie Ind Est, Falmouth, Cornwall. TR11 4RX. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is damaged.
