Terms
After receipt of your payment we will despatch the goods as quickly as possible, normally by the next working day.
We try to keep our delivery costs to a minimum & offer a free standard service for our customers in the UK mainland with orders over £25.00
However  due to the costs associated with shipping to certain areas such as Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Highlands & some offshore addresses these customers may find it more econimical to place larger orders.
 

Order Process 

Once you have selected your products & delivery method  at our ‘checkout', you will be transferred to the Globecharge order details page to enter your address & contact details & chose you method of payment, you will then be taken to either  the Protx Secure Payments website to enter your payment card details or to the Paypal Website where you can choose to pay with your Paypal Account or with a credit card if you do not have an account with Paypal. Authorisation of your transaction is decided in seconds while you are online.

You will automatically recieve 2 emails from us, the 1st  being an order acknowledgment with details of the products you have selected and the 2nd email will be notification of your successful card payment. If you do not received both emails please contact us asap.

The Protx Secure Payments system incorporates the MasterCard "MasterCard SecureCode" and Visa "Verified by Visa" security systems. These security systems are the next generation in combating credit card fraud. When you enter your card details, a pop-up box will appear from your bank asking you for your password.

If you do not enter the correct password, no authorisation will be given for your purchase, making credit card fraud virtually impossible.

If you have not already signed up for this feature but would like to, you will have the option to sign up as you are entering your details or click HERE for Visa credit card holders or HERE for MasterCard credit card holders.

 

Delivery
Parcels are normally sent via a Courier Service such as Parcel Force 48 & will require a signature. However depending on the weight and content of your parcel & your location we may choose to send some smaller items by the Royal Mail.
Note: We do not normally deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays

(Zone 3) Northern Ireland, IOM, Isles of Scilly -Standard  Please allow between 2-5 days

Ireland (South) - Standard Please allow between 2-5 days
Parcels to these areas will be sent via Royal Mail or via a Parcel Force Euro 48 & may require a signature.
Orders up to £25.00 = £4.50) ( £25.00 & Over = £9.95)
 
Channel Islands - Standard Please allow between 2-5 days
Parcels to these areas will be sent via Royal Mail or via a Courier & may require a signature.
(up to £25.00 = £5.50) (£25.00 & Over = £11.70)
(Channel Island customers - VAT will be deducted from these prices at checkout)
Channel Islands NOTE: Products shipped to the Channel Islands are not subject to VAT.  To qualify for VAT-free shopping, both the delivery address and billing address must have a valid JE or GY postcode.

HOT TUB CHEMICALS:
Due to carriage restrictions associated with these chemicals a min £1.00 extra per item will be added to your basket at checkout.
Eg. if you order 3 individual items then £3.00 will be added to the standard delivery rates
Note: Hot Tub / Spa water chemicals cannot be delivered to offshore addresses.

Please Note: Most Parcels will require a signature on delivery.
 
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT DELIVERY:
If you know you are going to be out during the day and unable to sign for your parcel you may leave instructions for the courier on the 'Your Notice to Us' section on the next Globe Charge secure customer details page. Eg- If Out please leave parcel in porch
(*All parcels left un signed for are at your own risk) 
Alternatvely you may email us at  info@isellonline.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order with instructions for the courier. Alternatively telephone us on 020 7870 1061 with your instruction.

If our courier is unable to deliver to you they will leave a card notifying you of their visit with advice as to when they are likely to return or whether you are able to collect your parcel from the local post office or depot.

If the courier cannot deliver on their 2nd visit,or if you do not respond to their cards then the parcel may be returned to us and we will be charged. Therefore we will have to charge you a re-delivery charge in order to send out your parcel again.

 

Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the product that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

After 14 days goods may only be returned if faulty. Any damaged goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.

It is important that you thoroughly inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery, taking extra care to check for cosmetic damage and contact us as soon as possible should you find any fault. We will endeavour to replace or repair any damaged goods as quickly as possible.

Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please send to: Isell Ltd, 1 Empire Way, Tregoniggie Ind Est, Falmouth, Cornwall. TR11 4RX. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is damaged.

Prices
All prices quoted on the website are in GB Pounds (£)  There is a minimum order value of £20, excluding postage and packaging. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
 
Tax
VAT is charged where applicable at 17.5% - prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable
